Solara Executor for Windows

This site documents the Windows build hosted here: how session attach works, the setup order that actually works, and what to do when Windows blocks the archive. The ZIP itself is on the download page — this page is the map, not a second download listing.

What Solara Executor actually does

Solara Executor is not a modified Roblox client and not a launcher. You start the official Roblox Player yourself, join a place, and then attach the executor to that process. Once attached, the application gives you an editor that submits Lua into the running session. When you close Roblox, the injected state is gone — there is nothing persistent left inside the place, and nothing is stored server-side on your behalf.

That design has two practical consequences worth understanding before you download anything. First, timing matters: attaching before the place has finished loading is the single most common reason an attach fails. Second, elevation matters: the attach step needs administrator rights, because it touches another running process. Neither of those is optional, and neither is a sign that something has gone wrong.

Session attach, not a patch

The executor works against the official Roblox Player process that you launched. It does not replace game files, does not install a modified client, and does not survive a restart of Roblox.

Keyless by design

There is no key system inside the application: no ad-gated checkpoint chain, no daily token, no Discord verification step. If a build asks you to click through link shorteners for a key, you are not running this build. See features.

A plain ZIP archive

The published package is solaraV3.zip. Extract it before launching anything. Running an executable directly out of Explorer's ZIP preview is a reliable way to produce confusing errors.

The setup order that works

Most support questions come down to steps performed in the wrong sequence. The order below is the one the rest of this documentation assumes, and the full install guide expands every step with the errors it prevents.

  1. Check the prerequisites first. 64-bit Windows 10 or 11 and the x64 .NET Desktop Runtime. A missing runtime looks exactly like a corrupt download — the window simply never appears. See system requirements.
  2. Extract the archive to a real folder. Somewhere under your user profile is fine. Avoid Program Files, and avoid running from inside the ZIP.
  3. Launch the official Roblox Player and join a place. Wait until you can actually move your character. A loading screen or a black frame is not a loaded place.
  4. Start Solara Executor as administrator. Right-click, then Run as administrator, and accept the UAC prompt. Without elevation the attach step has no way to reach the Roblox process.
  5. Attach once, then load your Lua. Attach a single time and wait for confirmation. Clicking attach repeatedly does not speed anything up and is a common cause of a crash on teleport.
If Windows blocks the file: SmartScreen and Defender often prompt on first launch because the application is unsigned and attaches to another process. The safety page explains how to read those prompts and continue.

Windows support and scope

The supported target is 64-bit desktop Windows. Windows 10 version 22H2 and Windows 11 are both documented; the Windows guide covers version-specific behaviour such as Smart App Control on recent Windows 11 builds, which will block an unsigned executable outright rather than merely warning about it.

Where to go next

The pages below are the substantive parts of this documentation. Start with the download and install pages if you want it running; start with requirements if you want to confirm your Windows version and runtime first.

Ready to install

The current package is solaraV3.zip for 64-bit Windows 10 and 11. Download it, extract it to a folder under your user profile, install the x64 .NET Desktop Runtime if you do not already have it, then follow the install guide for the attach order.
